Very nice place! Everytime we are in the area we stay there! Clean, friendly, treat you like family. Warm breakfast, plenty of things to do around there, restaurants, sightseeing, etc
A little pricey for the quality compared to somewhere with substantial competition, but still your best choice in Benson.
Nice place .. A little older but use to that in smaller towns ... nice room with really nice new restrooms.. Restroom may be nicer than room.. Fonzy would be happy for days... haha for those of you old enough to enjoy that...

Biggest down-vote was that their wifi setup is also definitely showing its age. No drops, okay signal, just speeds hovering around 1Mb/s or even less. If I moved by the window, I could just get the adjoining restaurant's wifi, and it was 20x faster, so it's not just a small-town issue.
Passable. Room was clean enough, service fine and friendly. Breakfast was certainly serviceable. The room we were in was definitely showing every bit of its 21-year-old age, especially the peeling-paper light-rust bathroom, but it appears from other reviews that they are in the process of redoing bathrooms, so they must be aware.
Had no choice on where I stayed as the hotel was booked by my company. Room was outdated (though the bathroom had clearly been updated), had a very strong mildew smell and bed was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk called my room to ask when I was checking out, despite the fact it was not check out time and I had a do not disturb on the door. I will not stay here again even if it means longer travel for business and paying out of my own pocket!!
