Professional and on time. We had problem with multiple toilets. Thought it was a line problem. Called the service. He was on time. Checked everything. Instead of just spending time and charging a lot of money, he said that lines need no cleaning. It could have been just chance that it happened at one time. He advised some nice tips. Did not charge anything for his trip. In future I am going to call him. I disagree with the remarks from Brian. Similar remarks are there from Brian for all other services except Chip.
