Both items were served at room temp and had clearly been sitting in the warming tray for an extended time period (as the meat was totally dried out)!!!

My last visit to our local BK was about a year ago...swore I'd never go back...BUT decided to give it one more try!!! Never again!!!
Just was there, ordered was a little messed up. But would like to say the man who took our order was very polite! Fixed our meal and apologized
